After 17 years in the Building Industry, I made the decision to change direction and share my passion to find solutions to technical challenges that Developers face on a daily basis.
My expertise comes from covering a range of positions held over the years from Technical Coordinator/Manager to Major Projects Manager, Head of Technical and Technical Director.
I have a huge amount of experience negotiating with Highways, Drainage Engineers, Planners and Statutory Bodies on all levels to secure a successful outcome for developers.
Successful negotiations included working with Southern Water to remove a £1M liability associated with off-site reinforcement imposed on an established nationwide developer.
Successful foul sewer requisition with Thames Water on small 10 unit development in West Sussex.
